[No picture, sorry!]
I thought this one was pretty fun. All it was was was three papers that I had to paint with water color and make them all have something in common, so, I painted a girl in each picture walking through the woods. I really liked it because I love painting with water color!
I feel really successful because I'm good at using water color(: And also because I think I blended the trees's leaves really goodly! (I said that on purpose)
What really worked was the girl's dress. I thought It was really pretty and blended rather well. What didn't really work was the river. It's almost as if it was running off the page.
If I were to do this over again, I would have mad it less sloppy and a little more neat and tidy. Although, it's quite hard to make things neat with water colors.
The most difficult part, again, was making it neat. I didn't know how to keep the water from dripping and soaking into other parts of the painting.
From this piece, I learned how much I love water colors. They're so flowing and pretty!

◘ Cell Animation ◘
[No picture yet, sorry!]
I feel like I did pretty good on this. It was really fun and it kind of expresses my inner self. It's a painting of a little girl standing on a cloud with a rainbow in the background. I like it because I'm very rarely sad. I'm usually outgoing and uplifting!
I feel like I did rather well on this. I feel successful because it's just letting people know what's on the inside of me and I feel like I've accomplished letting people know that.
What worked about this project was the blonde hair on the little girl. I though I did a pretty good job at blending the paint together. What didn't really work was the rainbow. It was kinda messy and a little all over the place.
If I were to do it over, I probz would've painted something else, just to see what it would look like. But I'm satisfied with what I did because it was just so cute!
the hardest part was probably the eyes. Only because they were so tiny and it was really hard to detain the pupils and the outlining of the eye, too.
From this piece, I learned that it's okay to let people know who you really are. Instead of pretending to be someone you're not, just let the real you out! What do you got to lose?

♣ Magazine Picture Drawing ♣
I really don't feel like I did a good job on this. It was really hard to make everything look symmetrical because the face was tilted. I thought it was going to be easy, but I guess not. I definitely could have done a better job.
I don't all that successful. I think that the baby's face looks too long in the first one and to short and fat in the other one. I wish I could've done better. It would have looked really good if I did.
What sorta worked about this project was probably the buckle of the car-seat on the first one. Not much else worked about this project.
If i were to do this project over again, I would have just picked a different picture to use because this one was really hard to do. I would've also taken more time to draw out the details on the second one. It would've been a lot easier with a different pic.
The whole thing was evenly difficult. Nothing was harder or easier than the other; it was just the facet that I needed more practice before I could do something like this.
What I learned from this piece is that nobody's perfect because everyone that showed me their drawing made mistakes, too.
My little Lilo ♥
This was definitely one of my favorite pieces. I'm totally in love with Lilo and Stitch; that's why I chose to do Lilo. Some people say I'm obsessed, but I think they're exaggerating just a bit. I think when people watch the movie, they don't understand that Lilo is a six year old girl who's mom and dad died and an agency wants to take Lilo away from Nani, her older sister. I liked it because I felt like I could express the "inner Lilo."
I feel like this is the best thing I've ever drawn! I think the eyes are, like, really messed up in the one that's not a skeleton. I really think the hair and the grassy stuff on top of her head. It was really hard but i loved doing it and it was super fun!
What really worked about this project was the hands. I really struggled with that at first but once Mr. Puffpaff 'opened up the door',so to speak, it was a breeze! What didn't really work, like I said, was probz the eyes; yikes!
If i did this project over again, I wouldn't have shaded in the eyes and nose and mouth on the skeleton. I also wouldn't have drawn the ear on the skeleton because after I drew it, Rock and Evelyn informed me that ears are just cartilage, not bones, sooooo, yea..
The most difficult part, again, was the eyes. It was really hard to draw them exactly as the are and still make it look like Lilo.
From this project, I learned that there is always something on the inside of everything and everyone. Lilo's inside happened to be a cute little skeleton that looks a little demented. But it's okay because i did my best!
○ Worded Art! ○
This project was really cool!I like that I could spell out a word using paint. It's almost illusional because the black and white combine to get crazy shapes. It was super fun because painting is my second fav thing to do while in art class! This piece kind of opened my eyes into seeing how to do newer and cooler things with black paint. ☺
I feel like I could have done SSSSOOOOOOOO much better on this project. I could have made the black lines steadier and I definitely could have blended the paint better. Although, what I do feel proud of is how others are able to see what letters they are and what word is being spelled.
What really worked about this was the the four letter word. The day I created this was a day that I felt a sense of loneliness. It was a depressing day for me so i decided to pick a word that really described the mood that I wanted to be in instead of the mood that I was in.
If I could do this project over again, I would have taken my time and ssslooooowwwwlyyyy went over the lines with a fine tip paint brush. It would have looked a whole lot better if I wouldn't have rushed through. I would also swich the letter 'E' and 'V' around to make the piece more sensible .
The most difficult part about completing this was trying to make it as neat as possible. It's really hard to stay nice and clean with a lot of black paint on little paper. But I still think I did a good job at keeping it clean! ☺
From this piece, I learned how to close my eyes, and keep my mind wide open. To be able to paint this, I had to see it in my brain. I had to imagine it on the paper. This piece has helped me learn how to imagine.
